Ermelinda is a creative visionary, who is always ready to meet the moment. No stranger to reinventing herself, coupled with an outside-of-the-box and never-take-no mentality, Ermelinda’s path has been made up of many varied and unique experiences.

A first-generation Italian-American growing up in the New York Metro Area, she learned that meeting each day with fire and generosity would bring a full life. Ermelinda’s background in art and media studies, propelled her early career at PBS and CBS in production and advertising sales, where she learned the value of 60 seconds. Pivoting when she started a family, she honored the privilege to be in the moment and focused on raising the best humans possible. Decades ahead of her time Ermelinda thrived in the gray space between home and work, building up the community around her, and continuing to learn and grow as both a mother and an individual.

A generational chameleon, Ermelinda joined early-stage startups later in life, rolled up her sleeves, and worked to scale and grow design communities alongside tech natives. She also brought her commitment to philanthropy to these early-stage organizations, leading company-wide fundraising and volunteer efforts, including a makeover of a local homeless shelter. Over the years she’s been a mentor to many young women, encouraging them to live their most authentic lives within their career choices. With a contagious personality, she’s able to make life-long friends wherever she goes. She brings her signature authenticity and direct candor to each relationship she forges, and is an unforgettable spirit.
